When you submit a quote request, contact form, or driver application, we collect the information you choose to provide. That can include your name, company, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, freight details, and — for driver applications — CDL and employment information.

If you upload documents, they are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized A2K Express staff.

We use the information you submit to review and respond to your request, to arrange and manage freight transportation, to evaluate driver applications, and to communicate with you about those matters.

We do not sell your information.

Submitted records are restricted to authorized A2K Express staff accounts. Public visitors cannot view quote requests, shipments, driver applications, contact inquiries, or uploaded documents.

Shipment tracking shows limited status information only when the correct tracking or PRO number is entered.

Records are retained for as long as needed to support the business relationship, meet transportation and tax recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by emailing support@a2kexpress.com. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
